“Things Change”
11-in X 14-in
acrylic on canvas panel
Aug. 2026
Explore an explosion of color and sacred geometry in this original mixed media painting featuring textured mosaic grids, vibrant glitter, and hypnotic depth. Radiating dynamic energy and kaleidoscopic rhythm, this original mixed media painting pulls the viewer into an intricate geometric vortex. Anchored by heavy, dimensional black outlines reminiscent of stained glass or webbed mosaics, the composition spirals outward from a tight central aperture into expanding rings of intense color and rich tactile texture.
Layered with fluid acrylic washes, high-chroma pigments, and embedded glitter and textural elements, the surface catches light from every angle. Saturated swatches of magenta, cerulean, emerald, electric blue, and molten gold sit in stark contrast against bold black structural lines, creating an optical interplay between modern psychedelic abstraction and classical mandala form.
