“Gregory Got His Wings”
11-in X 15-in
acrylic & mixed-media on fine art paper
Oct. 2026
"Gregory Got His Wings" is a spiritual, contemporary acrylic and mixed media painting rendered on premium fine-art paper. Dominated by luminous shades of sky blue, radiant gold, and deep cosmic violet, this piece captures a profound moment of ascension, transition, and divine transformation.
At the center stands a dark, textured silhouette embellished with reflective glitter particles, suggesting a form composed of the night sky or pure stardust. Elaborately feathered wings extend outward, layered with warm golden undertones, silver highlights, and black linear detailing. Beside the figure rises a staff crowned by a geometric, starburst mandala radiating energy across beams filled with yellow and cobalt blue spheres.
A compelling focal point for sacred spaces, contemporary art collections, or personal sanctuaries, this original piece invites meditation on spiritual elevation, remembrance, and the unseen journey beyond.
