Welcome to the Vortex friends! This original acrylic painting is a piece from my ever expanding series exploring strange weather conditions and unusual atmospheric anomalies that some people (not me..., other people) have confused with and reported as physical objects that appear in our skies. Sometimes these misguided individuals even claim to see structured flying crafts with no visible means of providing lift or propulsion performing in ways that we know are impossible. This particular “Atmospheric Anomaly” is caused by the mixing of wet and dry air. I hope that showing what some of these completely ordinary weather events actually look like will prove, in at least some people's minds, that there's nothing unusual about these phenomenon…
Atmospheric Anomaly is an original 12" x 24" acrylic painting on stretched canvas that explores the intersection of extraterrestrial mystery and dimensional energy.
